"Meanings are Not in Words" - words are often meaningless when we communicate.  Although this is the opposite of what we would normally think, nonverbal communication is much more powerful than verbal communication.

"Communication is unrepeatable" - Even if you say the same things and do the same things twice, the meaning changes.

Rule #2: "You cannot not communicate" - As hard as you might try, it's impossible to shut down communication.  Silence sends a message to others. Rule #3: "Communication is irreversible" - Once you have said or done something, you cannot take it back or erase it.
